With the Artisan Cheese community growing ever stronger, some of the best cheeses are being made in surrounding states. Megan from Milk Made will guide the class as we try cheeses from Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Learn about Terroir and flavor profiles that come from our area. Plus, we will be pairing the cheeses with beers from North Dakota  and Minnesota. Eating local never tasted so good

Minot was the wildest city in Dakota Territory in the 1880s and prohibition didn’t slow this rip roaring, beer drinking town down one bit. Ward County and The Magic City show up often in Alicia Underlee Nelson’s brand new book, “North Dakota Beer: A Heady History. ”

Come out to learn about the evolution of beer in the region, from the frontier days until the present craft beer boom. The author will read from her book and sign copies for beer fans in the audience. Come with questions! It’ll be a lot of fun.
